ONE of the world's smallest cinemas has gone green - using a giant solar panel to power its films. The tiny Sol Cinema in Wales is one of the world's smallest movie theatres and runs out of a caravan. It has an usherette, red carpet and can seat eight people.
Projectionist Paul O'Connor, said: "It's just like Dr Who's tardis really - people step inside and it takes them to another world. That's the power of film. "We are very keen on the movie-going experience, just because it's a tiny cinema doesn't mean you can't have the big screen treatment. "That's why we have a red carpet and an usherette to clip your tickets and show you to your seats. "It's just something that makes it a bit more memorable."
